Unable to create new show

Hi,
I am unable to create a new show called "Alaska Monsters" Description: In Alaska is a region known as the Triangle - 200,000 unforgiving miles where more people go missing per capita than anywhere else on earth. First episode: Central Alaska's Bigfoot Description: An Alaska based Monster Tracking team heads to Central Alaska to investigate an aggressive Bigfoot who has the locals on edge. Using a drone, they uncover shocking evidence and one of the team members finds himself face to face with an 800-pound beast. IMDB_ID: tt4041694

Unable to create any show. I get to the end of process, and then I get an error message saying unable to create show.

Did you disable the security check or something, since I was able to create a duplicate show with an existing IMDB by accident. Show already in the system was named incorrectly, but had the correct IMDB attached, yet system allowed me to create it anyway.
I will repurpose the new show to something else so no need to be deleted, but just saying this should be preventable

Entries shouldn't be re-used. Please file in a content report after you moved all relevant data so nothign is lost. A moderator will delete it then.
