"TMDB-Synchrotron" Bot looks to be making some odd changes ...

Today I noticed the "TMDB-Synchrotron" bot has made a couple of strange updates:
- One example is from the series The Split to episode 1x3 where the title was changed to "Episode #1.3". I have reverted the change -> https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/79053-the-split/season/1/episode/3/changes
- Second example is from the series Boy Swallows Universe to episode 1x6 where an incorrect external id to imdb was added. I have fixed this update -> https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/209332-boy-swallows-universe/season/1/episode/6/changes
The bot might want to be reviewed in case there is other changes it is making which are incorrect.

His changes on on that show are a bit strange as well. He added Germany as production and origin country and the overview is random.
Overall the Synchrotron is working good of what I saw.

I noticed strange behavior since December 23. TMDB Synchotron is periodically adding the text "Cinema Canvas: " in front of the original title and saving it as a translated title for languages nl-NL and/or nl-BE. I have been changing this back but for e.g. Donnie Brasco it just recently reverted the change again. See https://www.themoviedb.org/search/movie?query=cinema%20canvas for all affected movies.
This makes zero sense. Cinema Canvas is a TV broadcast showing films on Belgian television and has nothing to do with Dutch/Belgian titles of movies.

TMDB-Synchrotron has wrongly added France as production country to the Die Biene Maja (2013) German show.

I have fixed and locked the data. It have also added the production company of the 2013 show to this old Japanese one.

TMDB-Synchrotron made this entry into a duplicate of Taking On Taylor Swift by adding the genres and title of the latter to the former.

TMDB-Synchrotron has wrongly added the fr-CA title "Sexe a New York" to the fr-FR translation of Sex and the City (1998).

TMDB-Synchrotron is adding production info for the US version of The Office to the UK show, as well as adding Drama to the genres.

TMDB Synchotron for some reason added the data from a completely unrelated series to this episode of a German news programm.
