"TMDB-Synchrotron" Bot looks to be making some odd changes ...

Today I noticed the "TMDB-Synchrotron" bot has made a couple of strange updates:
- One example is from the series The Split to episode 1x3 where the title was changed to "Episode #1.3". I have reverted the change -> https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/79053-the-split/season/1/episode/3/changes
- Second example is from the series Boy Swallows Universe to episode 1x6 where an incorrect external id to imdb was added. I have fixed this update -> https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/209332-boy-swallows-universe/season/1/episode/6/changes
The bot might want to be reviewed in case there is other changes it is making which are incorrect.

Just noticed this old edit from back in Feb this year where the bot added an incorrect imdb external id for this episode https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/4229-dexter-s-laboratory/season/3/episode/4/changes?filter_key=key&filter=imdb_id. I have removed it and just mentioning it here in case the code for the bot needs adjusting.

Found a strange one: TMDB-Synchrotron added "no further information" as an overview in german.

TMDB-Betatron had added a 2045 Australian release to They Cloned Tyrone (back in June 2024)

TMDB-Betatron had added a 2039 digital release in Austria to Lady Vengeance (2005).

TMDB-Betatron had added a 2040 digital release in Austria to Paranormal Activity (2007).
