Because every time I try to add an image even though it is within the really odd parameters I still get the red error box!!
I basically gave up a couple of years ago but I saw a TV series that needed a 'main image' so I thought I'd try again.
But nope, as usual, I get the error message.
It's ridiculous. Like, is it really necessary that I need to convert everything to a jpeg and make it fit the ultra specific parameters that can make the image look worse? Every time I think I have it right, it tells me I'm wrong and it ends up taking so long that it's just not even worth it anymore.

Why do you think that it's hard ?

I wish TMDB could take non-JPG files when uploading backdrops, profiles, posters, etc. It would make life a whole lot easier.

If I understand correctly, your images meet the basic rules.
And they are .jpg images.
So we have to research what other reason stops you from adding images.
Considering that countless people add countless images every day.
Maybe it's a legal restriction issue in your country/ISP.
And we can do a test.
Can you provide a link to an image that you tried to upload and failed and which film/tvshow this attempt was for?
