Got some channels that should be listed as certified official outlets for distributors.

The problem with allowing any such trailers is that we have plenty of users living outside the US, UK, Australia etc still using the main English translation on TMDb or for their home systems. I have always deleted these videos so that's why moderators need to get on the same page to make this work. I have personally allowed videos that are available worldwide EXCEPT for one or two blocked locations (like Singapore or Thailand). That's my interpretation of 'preferred' in the rules! Not that a trailer available in only one or two countries should be allowed to be added.

any update on this? as in, what did the other mods think?
