YouTube Channels to be made Official

Got some channels that should be listed as certified official outlets for distributors.

One thing I forgot to ask before, I noticed that in some official channel's videos, the blocked countries are listed underneath the videos.
Example: Crunchyroll Collection
So, is it possible to add this feature for certain official channels where this feature is unavailable? If yes, will I send those channels links? Thank you so much. :)

Per the rules "YouTube videos that have no region restrictions are preferable". I don't really like that so many countries are blocked for those videos and my interpretation is that we probably should delete those, even if "preferable" gives us the options to make some exceptions.
