Usually I look for people who have been a member for a while, have shown to contribute high quality edits and a willingness to work together. I tend to look for new moderators every 6-12 months or so.

@Sahareg00, thanks for your help so far. With regards to becoming a moderator, I don't usually look at anyone unless they've been a member for a minimum of a year.
@travisbell Is there a level for limited moderation powers? I'd like the ability to correct my own artwork upload mistakes, for instance. Those tend to be my most frequent issue reports.

I agree, it would be great if we could edit our own uploads, this would save so many reports.

Ever since I discovered TMDB, I've been actively updating information, especially about Indian movies. I’d love the opportunity to become a moderator if possible. Thanks!

Hi, I'd like to become a moderator. I've been here for 8 years and have made 2.5k edits. Sometimes bad pictures are locked, or wrong stuff is uploaded by mistake, or there's 2 times the same movie, etc... and reports take several months to be completed. I focus mainly on portuguese stuff, but will give a hand on what I can when I have time. Thanks

@DevaD We don't usually consider promoting users until they've been good, active members for a minimum of 6 months.

Use the report system (Overview -> Report).

Nope, but always make sure the content your are adding meets the guidelines before wasting your time and energy adding it.

Please can we have the ability to delete our own images we upload like TheTVDB do? Would be so helpful.

This would be awesome, it's such a simple feature that exists in most similar uploading websites, really needs to be implemented.

I’ve been asking about becoming a moderator too. There’s too many pages locked with incorrect information for no apparent reason and too many non responsive current mods who don’t care about doing it right (by the rules) and are concerned with being right. See here: https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/1248-hannibal-rising/discuss/659eeb6f7776f002013b6e21#67f2f62a0f20f9c45cad698d
I’ve been a member for 3 years with 188k edits. And all I care about is getting it right.

Hi Travis,Could you please periodically replace inactive moderators? This would also ensure prompt handling of Content Issues reports.
