500 Remote Server Returned Error

Please let me why am i getting this error : "The remote server returned an error : (503) server unavailable.". Sometimes when trying to access some movies, the api is returning "The remote server returned an error : (400) bad request." may I know the reason why?

We had some database slow downs that lasted about 20 minutes. Everything should be fine now.

Thanks Travis. And also any information on error 400 or if possible the documentation of API so that I can search for myself is much appreciated.

Well, given the app couldn't connect to the database, I wouldn't be too concerned about the 400. It was probably trying to get items from the cache but couldn't.
