Hi,
I experience strange behavior between XBMC and TMDB.
Some hours before now, I updated some indexes (translation above all). Changes are normally shown by TMDB.
Then I run XBMC, browsing files going to Video/Files. I open a source folder and browse to the file I want to update. I open Movie Information and run Refresh. The select Movie window pops up and only show the old title from the database (the one before I apply changes on the site). I go on and obviously, it fails to load the new data and keep the old one. This behavior seems to happen on updated indexes only. If I create a new index on TMDB and run refresh, XBMC scrapper finds it. Odd!
Any help?
Example
Here is the log part (as soon as the Refresh button is pressed).
Other example, sometime XBMC will update the plot but won't be able to update and load all thumb so I can choose the one I want in get thumb. And sometime this situation is reversed.
I want to get index information in French. And clean up database function in XBMC won't help.

I've got a similar Problem:
I edited this movie (added translation): http://www.themoviedb.org/movie/42196-the-bad-seed
The normal search result is ok= http://www.themoviedb.org/search?query=b%C3%B6se+saat#0
But with the scraper/api url i get a different result
http://api.themoviedb.org/3/search/movie?api_key=###&query=böse%20saat&year=1956&language=de
http://api.themoviedb.org/3/search/movie?api_key=###&query=böse%20saat&year=1956&language=en
When I search for a german translation it returns 0, but when i search for the english title with the german name it will be found. Thats somehow strange.
I've got a couple of other Movies with the same Problem :(
Please Fix it :)

There's 2 separate problems being described here.
fred_gaou, there is a 48 hour window that you will have to wait for information on the APi to be refreshed. Give it a try in another day and you will likely see the updated information. I am also not clear on what you mean by "new index". Could you elaborate on what you mean?
tnt22, same thing, in order to see the updated translations you will need to wait 48 hours since the response was most likely already cached on the API. In regards to search, we're already aware of some search restrictions when it comes to translated titles.

Well, I suspected (I hoped) that it was a delay stuff for API. Thanks to have confirmed. I'll try later to be sure there's no glitch.
By new index, I meant new movie.

Ah, gotcha. Ya, give it another day or so and I bet you'll see your changes appear.
