Extra Details: There are five different TMDb Michael Eisner profile pages, of which I've determined only two of the five pages to be valid and needed. The two valid Michael Eisner profile pages are the one I'm attaching this report to, also the following page:

That one, immediately above - TMDb #1252778 - already had the IMDb and other numbers/codes added to it, making clear who it belongs to. I've verified that actor's listed credits to be accurate for that particular man.

Meanwhile, the three following profile pages are all duplicates of the Michael Eisner (the Disney CEO) who I'm attaching this report to the profile of:

However, both this present profile page and the following one, https://www.themoviedb.org/person/211899-michael-eisner?language=en-US, have the wrong profile pictures presented. The profile picture of the young guy wearing a white t-shirt, I don't know who that picture is of. But the profile picture of the older man who's wearing a dark tie, that definitely belongs in the present (that I'm submitting this report regarding) profile, as that picture is for sure of the Michael Eisner who is the Disney CEO. That picture should be moved to this present profile.

I strongly suspect that the profile picture of the young guy wearing the white t-shirt is most likely of the Michael Eisner who we have the one valid other TMDb profile page for - this guy (his TMDb page): https://www.themoviedb.org/person/1252778-michael-eisner?language=en-US
That's the only Michael Eisner, other than the Disney CEO, who anyone on TMDb has ever added any credits for.
That's why I suspect the young guy's profile picture must belong to him.

Update:
I've just now (about 90 mins. after submitting this report) found this old picture, from 2008, of actor Michael Eisner (looking to be in his teens at the time), who looks to me to, indeed, be the same person as our pictured young man of the white t-shirt: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0871134/mediaviewer/rm208296448
Additionally, I've just now checked Facebook and found this Michael Eisner page, that I think you'll agree confirms that he's the person who our t-shirt picture is of:
