On 'One life to live'. At first it was a serious role but it got a little silly later in the 80s. I remember a Soap periodical showed Miss. Slezak on the cover wearing glasses and behind her was another shot of her dressed the same way but minus glasses and in the shot of her behind she looked more see through and ghost like. Kind of hilarious!

Erika Slezak’s portrayal on One Life to Live was truly unforgettable! Her ability to transition from a serious role to something more whimsical in the 80s showed her incredible range as an actress. That magazine cover you mentioned sounds iconic—it really captured the duality of her character, blending the mysterious and the humorous.
