Series of the movies about former Mexican Federale Machete. An expansion of a fake trailer that was included in Rodriguez's and Quentin Tarantino's 2007 Grindhouse double-feature. Machete continues the B movie and exploitation style of Grindhouse and includes some of the footage. Isador "Machete" Cortez first appearance was as the Uncle in all four Spy Kids movies.

故事的主人公弯刀（Machete）是一个技术娴熟的杀手，一次他被雇佣去刺杀某个参议员。然而就在他瞄准目标准备开枪的时候，突然发现另外有人正在向自己瞄准。弯刀明白自己被设计了，在好不容易从狙击手的枪下生还后，他决定要向当初的雇主复仇。同时弯刀还为自己找了个帮手——他以前的老朋友，如今已成为一名牧师并发誓不再使用暴力的马瑞恩。两人共同踏上了复仇之旅。
