Incorrect collection

Guys, I think this collection is incorrect. The film of 2001 is a remake of the old original film, so it is not a part of the collection.
Films of 2011 and upcoming 2014 are actually a re-start of the franchise, so it is not a prequel in any way.

It's still in the collection? Shouldn't the 2001 movie be removed?
