The show has only aired 2 episodes on the Nat Geo TV channel. The show premiered on the Nat Geo TV. channel on May 18 with two episodes, and airs one episode a week thereafter, but all episodes were made available on Disney+, Hulu, and the Nat Geo TV VOD service on May 19.

The link above says different. And its the source like mods always push back on us for. There are dates under each episode. They show locked because you have to log in. I logged in with my provider and all episodes are available on the natgeo site. That means it’s released. Again available for watching in any form is released.
Same way you all do with Anime, or say NCIS Sydney that airs there days before it airs in the US.

Like I said in my reply, all episodes were made available on Disney+, Hulu, and the Nat Geo TV VOD service on May 19. Here's the release schedule for the episodes with the dates they air on the linear channel: https://www.dgepress.com/natgeo/pressrelease/national-geographic-unveils-trailer-for-tucci-in-italy-a-cinematic-journey-through-food-culture-and-history-1/
Not on TMDB. When a TV show that airs on a linear channel releases episodes online early, we consider that to be a digital preview and ignore it and use the dates the episodes air on the linear channel instead. Only 2 episodes have aired on the Nat Geo TV channel.
I don't know what you mean with anime but NCIS: Sydney is an Australian show and must use the Australian air dates, not the US ones.
